I'd like to thank you all and members of the transition team for helping me in my transition here in Chicago, IL. With all your help I was able to adjust easily in my new environment. I am now familiar on how to get to Mercy Medical Center even before I start work on Monday, this gave me an idea on how long would it take to get to work and make adjustments if necessary. I was able to buy all my necessities using the credit card that Avant has provided me. Your credit, banking and budgeting lecture has greatly influenced my decisions on buying the things that I needed. Your work habits and your always on-the-go attitude has inspired me to organize my daily schedule and multi-task as much as possible. Avant Healthcare Professionals, LLC hereby gives notice to all employees of the filing of an Application for Alien Employment Certification pursuant to Section 20 C.F.R. 656.22 (Schedule A) for the following position:  TITLE: Physical Therapist; RATE OF PAY: $28.68-$42.00 per hour; overtime: 1.5 x base rate; “on call” and “call back” rates may apply; JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. Help restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health. Examine patients' medical histories and then test and measure the patients' strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration and motor function. Determine patients' ability to be independent and reintegrate into the community or workplace after injury or illness.

WORK SCHEDULE: days and hours vary; 40 hours a week - full time position; MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  Master Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent to the first professional degree in physical therapy in the United States.
